ROB STUART

Rob Stuart was born and raised at Sutherland, a beachside suburb on the south side of Sydney, in NSW. From early childhood he loved to sketch people and landscapes.

At 20 years of age Rob was successfully painting commissioned portraits. This is something he still enjoys doing today.
In 1980 Rob completed his Art Certificate Course at Gymea College of TAFE.

Rob enjoys painting with traditional oils, pastels and acrylics. Artists are generally categorised into either a tonalist or colourist; Rob has successfully blended the two with his vibrant pastels.
Rob's portraits, landscapes and still-lifes are hanging in private collections throughout Australia, The United States of America, Canada, England and Ireland. He has been successful in numerous local Art Shows and Exhibitions.
